You can also add as many as nine units to a single Deco network - each one will automatically update with the latest features and functionality. And to keep all your connections strong, we developed ART (Adaptive Routing Technology), which automatically chooses the best path for all your devices to keep your Wi-Fi running as fast as possible.
TP-Link HomeCare gives Deco M5 the most comprehensive security of any whole-home Wi-Fi system, so every device on your network is automatically protected from security threats. HomeCare also includes powerful parental controls that are easy to use right from the Deco app on your smartphone.

With just a few minutes and the Deco app, you can get your entire home network up and running. Just unpack your Deco units, download the app for Android or iOS and follow the on-screen directions. Deco M5 will take care of the rest, even helping you place each unit in the best spot.
Expand Your Wi-Fi In No Time
Need more Wi-Fi coverage? Just add a Deco unit! Three units cover up to 4,500 sq. ft., and each additional unit adds another 1,500 sq. ft. of coverage. You can place up to 10 Deco units on your home network to bring strong Wi-Fi coverage to every room.
Guest Networking
Create an isolated network for visitors. Once you set up your guest network, you can instantly share its name and password with visitors via text, email or Shake to Share.

Optimise your internet bandwidth with QoS (Quality of Service) to get the best performance from every device. Simply choose which devices and activities have priority when you’re online, and when your network becomes busier, Deco M5 keeps your preferred connections running fast.
Parental Controls for Safer Internet
Deco M5’s parental controls can be used right from the Deco app. Restrict sites by age, content ratings or categories like social media, news and entertainment. View reports of internet activity, schedule Wi-Fi access and set time limits for family members. You can even pause the internet!
